Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Coral.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all in-stock items before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Coral is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Coral is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Coral is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist where we can.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coral@coralstudionyc.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Policy

Certain Coral products are available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it becomes available for shipment.

Production Timeline

Pre-order items are expected to ship within 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, quality control, or shipping delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you via email.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time your pre-order is placed to reserve your item.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production planning begins, and we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes.

Shipping Updates

You'll receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
